Many viewing events planned throughout country

We recently communicated with UA assistant director of alumni chapters Nick Pierson about informing Wildcat fans everywhere about upcoming events, potentially near you.
I recently attended a UA alumni gathering in Las Vegas for the Arizona-UCLA football game, and I was impressed with the contingent of Wildcat alumni and their families. Such gatherings occur often from Los Angeles to Boston for Wildcat football and men’s basketball games.
I’ve come in contact with UA alumni chapter heads in Las Vegas (Jake Joyce), Phoenix (Bryce Hancock) and Denver (David Wagner) and each do a phenomenal job of getting Wildcat fans together to cheer on their team.
With the Holiday Bowl less than three weeks away in San Diego, and the UA men’s hoops team traveling to San Diego State on Saturday, we figured we would begin our periodic updates of alumni events throughout the nation. Whether you are involved with the UA alumni chapters or not, and you know of a Wildcat gathering for a game or event, please let us know at wildaboutazcats@gmail.com.

- San Diego BeachCats have purchased 400 tickets. When the Cats traveled to San Diego two years ago, the BeachCats sold all of the tickets in less than 10 days. Click on the link above to claim your tickets immediately.
- The cost of the pre-game party includes appetizers, and there will be a no-host bar. The BeachCats will be auctioning off signed UA Basketball memorabilia, including a signed UA coach Sean Miller basketball.
- The BeachCats promise several UA dignitaries at the event, as well as some past UA greats.
