Policies
WILDABOUTAZCATS.COM is committed to providing one of the more thought-provoking and respectful blog sites that follows Arizona athletics. In doing so, the Web site asks its bloggers to follow these policies:
- Refrain from using vulgarities, or unsubstantiated information.
- Name-calling, which is deemed to be hurtful or disrespectful to others, will not be allowed.
- Random unwarranted comments that do not deal with the subject matter or sports in general will be closely reviewed by the editor and may be deleted.
- Do not post under different names from the same IP address. If you have more than one person who wants to post on the board from the same IP address, use the same name. This is to insure the integrity of the site.
- Entire commentaries or articles, verbatim, from pay sites can not be posted because of copyright infringement implications. Also, information from other Web sites or publications must be cited in order to avoid plagiarism.
- Anybody who posts commentary will be required to include a valid e-mail address in the event clarification is needed on the post. If an inoperable e-mail address is submitted, that user’s I.P. address will be banned from the site (the same manner that spam is deleted).
- The editor has the right to edit posts for these purposes: to correct grammar, include sources where necessary, aesthetics, or maintain a sense of decorum on the site.
- Any abuse of these policies will result in the editing of posts, deletion of posts and ultimately the IP address of that blogger permanently blocked from making more posts in the future.
